For buyers who already have a physical sample or complete tech pack, our Reorder Manufacturing service focuses on reproducing what is already working. VNA reviews the reference, matches fabric and trims, selects the most suitable facility and moves toward bulk production through a focused approval process.

For new products, our FOB development route supports the essential Fit, Proto, Salesman and PP sample stages before bulk production. Each project is evaluated according to its design, material, quantity, quality and delivery requirements.

A typical reorder project takes approximately eight weeks, including fabric and trim sourcing. Final timing depends on material availability, product complexity and approval speed.

From Approved Reference to Controlled Production

Reorder Manufacturing helps buyers reproduce an existing bestseller from a physical sample or tech pack. FOB development supports new products through the required sample approval stages.

A typical reorder project takes approximately eight weeks, including fabric and trim sourcing, subject to materials, complexity and approval speed.

Cut, Make, Trim and Packing Support

VNA Garment combines an operating 1,500 m² in-house factory with more than 60 employees and a network of 30+ specialized partner workshops. This model gives us hands-on production knowledge while expanding the range of product capabilities available to buyers.

Our team coordinates cutting, sewing, finishing, measurement and packing according to the approved sample and agreed specifications. Orders are not automatically pushed into one factory; they are assigned to the facility with the most relevant construction experience and production fit.

Attention to seam quality, measurements, appearance, finishing and packing helps protect consistency from the first production pieces through final shipment preparation.

Material Sourcing with Practical Matching

The right fabric is essential when reproducing a product that already performs well in the market. VNA works with material suppliers to identify options that align with the approved reference in composition, weight, color, hand feel, stretch, recovery and appearance.

For reorder projects, our priority is to reduce the gap between the original product and the Vietnam-made version. Fabric and trim options are reviewed before bulk confirmation so the buyer can make decisions with physical evidence rather than assumptions.

When special testing is required, VNA can coordinate independent laboratory reports according to the agreed product and destination-market requirements. Tests, costs and timelines are confirmed project by project.

VNA’s quality framework includes four stages and 11 checkpoints, from material approval to pre-shipment review.

A Clear Inspection Path

  • Before production: material approval, multi-round sample approval and cutting-table inspection.
  • During production: inline inspection and midline inspection.
  • After production: strict final AQL inspection, 100% metal detection, measurement with ±0.5 cm tolerance and packing inspection.
  • Before shipment: warehouse pre-shipment inspection and independent laboratory reports for products requiring special verification.

Inspection requirements are aligned with the approved sample, specification and destination-market needs before production begins.
